So I'm closing in on the start of the second semester of medic school, and I was wondering if some people thought it was a bad idea to wait to take A&P until after I get the rest of the als classes out of the way. I am going for the two year degree and want to take a&p by itself later on because it is such a largely involved class that will take up most of my time and attention.

I didnt take A&P beforehand because originally I was just going for the certificate, but I want a degree out of the deal.

Just didnt know if it made much of a difference - taking it before vs taking it after.

Thanks!

depends on your goal.

if you just want the class out of the way to get a diploma, it probably doesn't matter.

if you want to maximize your gain from the class, take it after so you can focus on it.

I recommend taking it as soon as possible. It will help with a lot or material you will be covering.
