24/fire resue

Well I just did my first 24hr shift with a local fire department. We were pretty busy and even though it was a ride along. The guys treated me like one of there own. The cpt let me do a lot of field work and I even got a invite if I wanted to come back again. I got to see a fire and we did a lot of transports. I didnt know where much of the stuff was on the truck at first but by the 3rd call I was handing the paramedic everything he asked for. The guy at the station gave me the cofendence I needed to know when I am fully trained beable to handle the ems rush B)..

One of my best days besides getting married and my son being born..
