A girl I worked with used her EMT-B experience as a stepping stone to get into PA school. It definitely looks good on an application.

I work in LA County and we fly most of our trauma patients to UCLA cuz our transport times to the closest trauma centers are >25 min. Unless its a traumatic full arrest or the patient is combative, they're going on a helicopter.

I know a couple guys who work for gold coast. I've heard mainly good things about the company. Glad to hear hes doing ok.

Trauma is way easier for me.. very cut and dry.
