Just got an email stating we do not feel your qualifications meet our needs at this time. I was a leader in my EMT class. Is it this difficult to get into an EMS job? I've seen quite a few from my school in uniform already. Just my luck!

As the name says, new with no experience. Is it worth applying for this as it's not given that often? Is their exam anything like the state exam?

Hello All, I am a new EMT and have just applied to two companies. I don't have any field experience and took my exam in May, results in June. SeniorCare has gotten back to me, but what do these pre-hire assessments contain? I am sure someone has information on this.
