I hesitated. And this guy might've lost his life..

In PHTLS it is said that blunt traumatic arrest in the prehospital environment can´t be resuscitated. And in the case you describe it sounds like the victim was all ready dead and therefore even with CPR you could not save him. Sometimes we learn things the hard way, so in my eyes, you did...

    Trauma Activation

Nope, I would not activate the trauma team for this. If neurologic fall out to the LE, I would immobilize, it there is no fall out, no board and collar.

Yes, probably, but have in mind the primary call was to Hypoglycemia and there was a low BS. There were no mention of "Dehydratio". I decided is was "dehydratio" second to the low BS, because I haven't heard that glucose D50 could cause low BP, but just in case I would hear the folks in here...

    Glucose D50=low BP ??

I think, it is the case, as most(all)of you say; There is no connection between Glucose bolus and the low BP. Under normal circumstances the pt would stay at the nursing home after treatment, but I decided to take him to the hospital; "Dehydratio".

Burn victim treatment from an ALS/BLS standpoint

In Denmark we cool (spray on) the burns with NaCl 9%. We dont juse dressings. If the burn is over 10% there is a pause for every 15 min. so the patient dont get hypothermia. And off course O2 and analgesic IV.
