    For sepsis we currently treat hypotension with pressors and fluid simultaneously. We don't "fill the tank" we press early. And we use levophed first. Vasopressin is our last intervention.

    2 years in comparison to 8-14 is not contradictory as far as expanded scope, i'd really like to see a masters level education for that. talk about not having the education... Paramedic textbook does not go into what medications should be prescribed and why.
