    Felony review for NREMT test

Concur. Make sure you understand that this will not be easy since it's a felony as compared to a misdemeanor.

    Felony review for NREMT test

Welcome. Not being an a$$, but all you'll get is opinions which are worthless as everyone with a felony is different.

To Degree or Not to Degree. That is The Question.

If I'm correct, an AAS doesn't allow for progression to a BS degree, correct? So, entry-level degree should be an AS.

To Degree or Not to Degree. That is The Question.

My head is bowed! As stated, I read it quickly on my phone. You obviously took more time than I did. Kudos.

To Degree or Not to Degree. That is The Question.

Read the article on my phone- it was difficult! But one thing mentioned was EBP. I don't know if EBP is taught in medic school, but it is taught in nursing school (BSN). Perhaps a selling point for degrees?

    Paramedic or LPN???

Not true, IMAO (In My Arrogant Opinion). Prior Proper Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance! LOL! Seriously, anyone going LPN needs to have their head examined. They are being weeded out. As an RN, I've seen Super Nurses that are LPNs being shown the door. They can't do admission assessments...

    EMT Insurance

You made clear what I implied! LOL. There's always some lawyer that will sue anyone for anything.

    EMT Insurance

Goo Samaritan laws protect you for rendering aid so you can't be sued. Having said that, I'd get insurance. As a nurse, I go through NSO. It's $160/yr and pays from Day 1. DO NOT get reimbursement insurance. It only pays after the fact. Worthless.

    Duty to Act Info

See my post above post from May 2016. At that time there were only a few states that had DTA. The problem is it is hard to accurately, legally define the parameters.

    Paramedic or LPN???

You keep mentioning debt. It sounds like a major factor. Reduce/eliminate your debt, then make the change. And go EMS or RN, not LPN.

    Paramedic or LPN???

Excelsior is a good option, except in California. Not accepted. Not sure if there are other states.

Continuing education between an EMT and Paramedic.

And if you want to fly, think about nursing school eventually. You'll probably fly with a medic, fo the same stuff, and get paid a lot better.

Continuing education between an EMT and Paramedic.

Not true. Provide proof of CPR, pay your fee, you're in. I've recertified several times with newbies in the class that "just wanted to take it". And it's open-book now!
