Alltough the Israel MDA protocol suggest 0.5mg Atropine in stable pt, I've been taught that the delivery of good medical care is to do as much nothing as possible...so O2, monitoring and D65.

The main problem was the inconclusive fact that Ketamin cause rise in ICP, which can be problematic in closed head injuries.

I think he asks if they work during the time before we reach the ICU. I think no, lidocaine and procor are slow acting, but importent to the prognosis.

so my course and I are about to graduate as a IDF paramedics, in the last week we got an assignment: join for one weekend to an older paramedic to see how things are at the real life. it was nice, great job, nice guys.
