I just have my National Registry, and the basics (BLS, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS) and I got hired. It would be helpful to have some health and safety certs and BOISET, HUET are always useful for off-shore jobs. The main companies, at least in Iraq are Exmed, Frontier and RMSI. -Matt
