    NJ's right, when you are off the clock you are generally not authorized to act beyond basic first aid really. "Good Samaritan" might save you if you go beyond that, but possession and use of O2 has to be under a MD's order; places with O2 cylinders l.ikke pools and ambulance companies need to have a MD's letter directing when to use it; hence the title, "Medical Director" (;). You can find good stuff ab out that in the thread about Event Standby and elsewhere.
