We just bought a brewing kit from one of the local brew shops, and have built off of that. Initially we purchased:
2 - 5 gallon glass carboys
1 - stainless steel kettle
Then of course the kit comes with the the siphoning tubing, carboy brush, hydrometer, capper, sanitizer, racking cane...
I know someone asked this already, but how was the ETCO2 measured? Was it through a nasal cannula, or was it monitored after she was intubated?
