Rural/Southwest is a "No Go" I got a call back and due to liability issues, Rural/Southwest does not allow ride alongs. Shucks. I was hoping to see those guys in action.

Update I was able to get ride along with Mesa Fire. I called and talked with our program coordinator and I found out they have unlimited ride alongs. For non CERT, you can get two per year. It is as an observer only, but this will help with watching patient assessment, since it has been awhile...

Thank you I commute 70 miles per day for work, so I am open to driving anywhere for the experience. I emailed Rural and then contacted a CERT instructor to put some feelers out there. I appreciate the help! Pretty excited to get back out there, even if only for shadowing.
