Not sure how to PM on here but Im in on the bracket.

The probation is for misdemeanor shoplifting. My court date is next month but my lawyer said it'll most likely result in probation and 20 hours community service. I'm 22 and don't have anything else on my record. Also would I be able to volunteer with a pending case?

How hard is the basic math, reading and vocabulary test? that's what I'm really freaking out about. what if someone don't pass ?
