I have an EMT-B friend up in Maine and his employer gave him permission to have a strobe in the front of his personal vehicle so he can respond on his own. Anyone else have this? Anyone have a full lightbar or siren? I guess you have to live in a pretty rural area to have that priviledge?

In the context of EKG's do you pronounce lead like lead in a pencil or lead like in leader. Do all EKG's use the same number of leads? What are the different amounts?
