I had a buddy of mine got a letter from them. He said it sounds like a pretty good deal. $3000 sign on bonus and $3000 relocation bonus for new medics. I love that part of the country... Might be looking into it myself once I get qualified.

You might be better served to ask your partner or supervisor how to write the report. But, as a note on them refusing vitals, you really can't say anything more than they refused. You can't force it on them, or it's battery.
