Image quality is not so good... so as best as I can tell, the QRS is a bit wide and there's likely ST elevation in V3 and V4, and the rate may be a bit slow. Maybe, possibly a very long PR interval...

I agree with the second degree block and anterior MI. I can't tell about a bundle branch block, but it looks like there is lateral infarct or at least injury.

Horrible picture though.

Easy now. He probably had to take the picture that far away from the strip so that he could get everything width wise.

Agreed.

MI almost looks anterolateral. I can't find my glasses so that's not helping this situation though.

I'd want some more views before I definitively stated that was ST-E from an AWMI, but it certainly looks like tall T-waves even if that is from LBBB.

RBBB + LBBB + 1AVB + High Degree AVB = Bad juju.
