Useful Personal Equipment?

Any of the full size leathermans would be a good bet . They seem to hold up better than Gerbers which aren't bad either as the Army issues them and I've seen them abused and keep going but I've seen them abused and fail too. Never seen a Leatherman go belly up yet.
