yes, don't do a quick power workout tonight thinking it will all of a sudden give to the conditioning needed to pass the test. i know a lot of people who did this and come the next day were too wore out to finish the test. good sleep, good breakfast (no OJ) and stretch well upon arrival. get there a little early if you think that you may have the jitters so that you have time to calm your nerves before testing. It'll be way easier than you think.
