Sadely, it's not that uncommon for people to steel from ambulances parked outside hospitals. A partener I worked with had his laptop stolen out of the back of the rig outside the hospital. It was stored behind the drivers seat and we never locked the unit when at the hopital... before that day.

I am confused on why he would steal it all just to drop it off at someones house? Sounds like a dumb-*** prank more than an attempt to steal narcs or gear to sell. Similar to those idiots who prank call 911 or pull fire alarms and tie up resources that might be needed elsewhere but can't respond. THROW THE BOOK AT HIM!!!
