In Canada the Provinces of Alberta and Saskatchewan still use EMT's who are equal to EMT-I's.

Actually, i'll have to disagree with that. The College of Paramedics in Saskatchewan just changed the designations to PCP, ICP, ACP,and CCP. No more EMT's here at least. As for Alberta, well....they just do their own thing.

I can't the closest Tim Hortons is about an hours flying time from here in our territorial capital Yellowknife. Truthfully the last time I was in Yellowknife I preferred to go to McDonalds for my big mac instead of Tim Hortons.
