If I remember right (it has been 7 years since I have worked in Indiana, and 11 years since I took one of the tests) If you are NREMT they will basically give you the certification if you show your card and a letter from where you are going to work. If not I think it is 2 remediate and then 1 or 2 more; not 100% sure; but you can call the State EMS office and ask
