I am an EMT-IV in Tennessee, and have been doing it for almost 4 years, and love every minute of it, BTLS, PALS (even though I can't use it yet), EVOC inst, VR inst, BBP inst. I am going back to school in the fall to get my paramedic degree, and then want to go on to nursing school. I have 3 years pre med, but decided on the emt life instead, stupid me lol.
