Health Insurance for FF's...?

Well the time has come... I guess I am finally growing up and have to look for a new health insurance company. So I was wondering, are there any insurance companys out there that are kind of based for FF/EMT's? Untill I find a full-time job I am stuck trying to find a good plan.

I can't answer your question, but I know it can be expensive. Would it be possible to be on someone else's plan? What about the plan offered from a job? Usually they make a contribution to the plan for you.

I've been on my parents plan, but after age 23, I have to get a new one. I plan on talking to some of the guys at the firehouse tmw to see. such a pain in the arse
