i want to know if all emergency department in the united state are start to do new CPR 2011 , and i want some details of new CPR , how i can do it ,? is there any vedio ? i live overseas and i will be greatful if anybody help me .

I believe most places are rolling it out this summer/fall.

Your best bet is probably to google "resuscitation guidelines" and look for those that apply to your own country. Whilst most seem to be advocating the "harder, faster, deeper" strategy there are some subtle differences between countries.

We have been doing the new CPR since 2005, and it is remarkable how there was a clear line from ROSC pre-2005 to now. ( some of the other changes in the 2011 guidelines are rolling out now... but most likely will never be as impressive as the CPR change. )
