I'm in a rural area and when the call I want to discuss is high profile, I wait a week or two, then change the details enough to protect the innocent.
The place is googlable. I sometimes see and EMTLife thread as a top response when you search an EMS topic.

I discuss calls sometimes, i don't give out names, time, or place, people know what my employers name is, and what city i work out of, however my employer covers two counties, which have a total of over 5million people, spread out over 300 miles. My employer also has over 300+ Field employees so it'd be very difficult for someone to match me to a call.
