Buying an ambulance?

You MIGHT be a truck guy if......

First thing I thought of when I read this was "well, maybe if it has a 7.3 PSD......that plus a 4x4 conversion might be pretty cool"
We love the 7.3s here so much that we repowered two F350s with them after it became clear that 6.0 was awful. They are still in frontline service, and rarely ever have mechanical issues.

Why do you need a ambulance for ? I get it, your 18 years old and not making any good life choices. Do you realize that these mods when they get past 100,000 miles they always but always go out of service for something mechanical. Especially for 300,000 thousand. Where would you come up with the money to keep it running after it breaks down ? Honestly you would look like a fool driving that thing to school and work .

Depending on how many miles that pre-'03 7.3 liter diesel has on it that might make a semi decent RV for short stays. But for cruisin', not so much.
Yeah I was thinking just using it as a RV like you said for a short time, but the overwhelming responses of NO have changed my mind lol. I have come to realize it just simply isn't practical. Thanks

The people have most definitely spoken! The idea died within about 15 minutes of my original post lol. I am going to go with a prius now... but being seen driving a prius comes with it's own set of stereotypes, but a whacker is not one of them fortunately. I have hugged some trees in my days anyways.
