Again with this instant gratification thing. Less than three hours passed between your first request and this one. Members of this forum work for a living, or at least pretend to. We aren't online to answer questions like this every moment of every day. What is the harm in waiting just 24 hours for a response? Is the fast-food model of gratification prevailing outside of nourishment?
I'm not the kind of douche who will rail on a poster and not help. OP, instead of constantly asking, consider doing some reSEARCH. I recommend reviewing some of the following links:
From my research, it appears that AHA has not allowed (or sanctioned) PEARS to be taught over the internet. You are free to purchase the course text via Channing Bete (http://aha.channing-bete.com/pears/pears.html) for your own edification, but you must find an AHA Training Center/Instructor to formally receive the course and completion card. It also appears the PEARS course has not yet been updated to 2010 guidelines, but I recall reading it will be released in the coming months (before November). To find a local AHA TC, see (http://www.heart.org/HEARTORG/classConnector.jsp?pid=ahaweb.classconnector.home#)
I hope this helps. Please, in the future consider doing your own research.
