This weekend is fishing opener and I actually have the WHOLE WEEKEND off for the first time in almost forever! To say I'm excited is a complete understatement!
I work at a hospital and I have seen that "insane amount" of paperwork you are talking about. Putting someone in restraints in general is a big deal and everyone has to make sure they are covering themselves. If a patient was to get hurt while in restraints or worst case scenario as you stated...
I will make sure to update you guys when it happens. I would be completely shocked if we weren't slammed but I agree that most, if not all, people will be at the bars but I would think at least a few DK patients would stumble in.
So the Superbowl is going to be here in Minnesota next year and I just so happen to work at a hospital less than a mile away from the new stadium; I think I shall take vacation that day!
I heard a news report say that every hotel/motel in the metro area is already booked for that weekend!
I'm a Security Officer at a large hospital and we trespass people quit often. The trespass is good for one year but they can still return to the hospital in the ED and be seen if they are claiming to have a medical or psych condition. After they are seen and if it determined there is nothing...
My truck is in the shop and I got a brand spanking new 2017 Chevy Silverado for my rental...I don't need a new truck...I don't need a new truck....
Well played dealership!
I work at a hospital downtown Minneapolis right by the new stadium...I can only imagine how my shift will go if I get posted in the ER that night. We will probably have extra officers on hand that night.
I wear a G Shock watch. I've had no issues with it. Several other officers I work with wear that brand too. It holds up nicely if I get into a situation with a patient.
At this point I might as well just go all in and get some Weather Tek liners and some tint. Why not. I feel like walking on the wild side a bit.
2017 Goals
1.Walk on the wild side. *CHECK*
Schools taking me a bit longer than I wanted due to me working more than I probably should but I'll get there. So for now I lurk mostly and put in my two cents where it may be helpful.
I'm showing up a little late to this party but I'll give my two scene for whatever it's worth.
Where I work, everyone has distinct roles. I provide safety to patients and anyone who needs it. I'm trained in higher levels of restraining patients if needed. I am NOT a nurse or doctor or EMT. They...
