I work for a private ambulance company that doesn't run many 911 calls. I'm applying for a paramedic program that requires you to find your own als agent would it be wrong to ride with another private company, one who does run all 911 calls?

I will be applying to Central dupage hospital and Ingalls hospital for spring 2016 paramedic programs. Has anyone been through either programs and can give any info on them?

I graduated my emt course almost a month ago and have yet to get an email from idh approving me to take the state exam. How does it take for the IDH to approve you to sit for the state exam?
