My service we work 24 on 48 off. Even though right now i'm on 72 straight. As far as call volume it depends. Sometimes we do nothing but run, days like today we haven't ran a single call. Yet

On our medic truck we keep a automatic bp cuff. But, none of us that normally work on it even uses it except for the pulse ox. We all prefer to do it manually.
