Where to start

I have my state Paramedic license for 3 years now and want my national. The company I work for provides a lot of CE and I also pick up more in both areas that interest me or are not often used skills. Besides actually signing up for the test I realize that NREMT may require I take a refresher course due to the time since I graduated I'm co concerned about the psychomotor aspect mainly and where to start to prepare myself for both parts of the test. Thoughts, suggestions, personal experiences that might benefit me.
