Texas reciprocity/ nremt psychomotor

Hello everyone, I’m an out of state paramedic (fl) and I’ve passed the written part of the nremt. From what I’ve read Texas doesn’t require the psychomotor just the written exam. Is that correct? And second, Is there any benefit to doing the psychomotor if your state doesn’t require it? It’s 300 dollars where I live

If they don't require it I wouldn't do it. Unless you want a national registry card. Which isn't a bad thing to have.
