Stethoscope in the rig?

hey i was wondering what stethoscope would be good to use so i can hear in the rig. When i used the one that was already in there i couldnt hear anything...does any one have any suggestions? please keep in mind that i'm not a millionaire lol

Hi welcome to the forum.
inregards to stethacopes,there are a lot of threads about this topic. If you would like to glean information from them use the search option in the right corner area.
I personally use a litttman classic ll. Love it, I don't have great hearing when I am around a lot of noise. But this really cuts through all that.
Also getting good BPs is gained through practise. You can have the best stethoscope in the world, but not hear anything.

Sound quality of them is one problem... Another is sharing them and having ear wax ect on them from other EMTs. No thanks, I'll use my own.

we carry litmann cardiology II, i think thats it anyway, pretty good stethoscope!
