Ok I have to do a research paper for my "Fire Company Officer Leadership" class. (I'm not a FF, but this is a req for EMS). Soooo...this is a bit difficult to put into a paper. I'm going to write about all the possibilities, hazards, other people (in the system and outside the system), ourselves, the stress, etc...but would like some input from you guys... What are your policies? How do you handle different situations? Either from a company or personal standpoint. I promise I'll give you credit

NIOSH released a report a few years ago about workplace violence in the hospital setting. They might have released one with what your looking for.
