I'm leaving to Az. June 11 im sitting for my nremt on June 4 but if I ever wanted to come back to Fl. I know you got to certify every year for fl.. But if I was in Az and didn't want my Fl. Cert to expire could I just take the Fl state test or what ?.. I wouldn't want it to expire even though i'd be a resident in az after a year..

I dont know why you seem to think florida is a yearly recertification.... its every 2 years.. on the even years.. so FL EMS personnel recert in dec of this year.
You simply need to get the appropriate amount of CE credits and you can renew online when its time.
Or I believe FL still allows the provider to retake the FL paramedic exam.. but why do that when its easier to obtain 30 CEU's?
