Pant Comparison: 511Tactical Taclite vs. 511Tactical normal

I'm fairly new to EMS and been looking at the 511Tactical pants that my squad recommends, are the taclite pants better than the normal ones? Do they get too cold in the winter? I'd like to hear what y'all think before I spend any money. Thanks!

Edit: Also are there certain belts you all would recommend or does my standard Walmart one work fine?

I wear the TacLites and they don't get too cold in the winter. Then again, I live in Southwest Florida.

All kidding aside, I do really like these pants. There's a little bit of flex in the waist, I can bend and twist with no problems, and pockets everywhere!

As for a belt, I went with the 5.11 TDU 1.5 inch belt. Works fine.

Taclites in the winter are fine for me. When it's super cold I wear long johns. However they do make flannel lined taclite pants and oooo I want.

I have both and much prefer the taclites.
