It seems to be a fairly common theme to have in some of these threads to ask for study guide books or online helps to prepare for the National Registry. So I apologize for this, but I was wondering, most of the ones that I saw were for the Basic test, does anyone know of any good sites to help for the Paramedic test?

Try the website testprepreview- they have some good Emt-P practice questions! Also, if you use Mosby's Paramedic text as your text book, you can log on to elsevier (info in the first few pages of the text), and you can take all the practice tests for each chapter of the book and then print them to study. I'm still a begining medic student (first term, second year), and can't wait to be where you are!!
