Medcoast hiring process? (First job)

Hey I'm 18 and I recently just got an interview with Medcoast (California). This will be my first job and I know it's not the best company to work for, I know it's IFT, I've applied to all the major companies but they haven't called me back yet. Anybody familiar with the interview and testing process? Also, anything else I should know?
