Looking for info on Baltimore, MD EMS system

I am a EMT-B in Minnesota. I am taking a ambulance operations class to get into a paramedic program. My ambulance operations class was assigned a reseach paper on another cities EMS system. I was assigned Baltimore, MD. I was wondering if anyone knew where to get some info. I need to know such things as the Emergency Medical Services Agenda for the Future (EMS Agenda). If anyone has any info that would help out that would be fantastic. Thanks bunches.
