Hey all, new to the forums. Passed the NREMT about a month ago and I am getting all my stuff together for my application. I live in Riverside, CA.
I just requested to remove a point off of my DMV record. The lady on the phone said it will most likely go through since it was about 4 years ago when I got it and I haven't got any other violations since. She said it will take a week or two for it to go through and my question is: Should I wait till the point is officialy gone from my DMV print out record and then apply for EMT jobs? or is it okay to apply now, and tell the employer that I'm in the process of getting the point removed.
