How to CREATE a Patient Care Report form

Hello everyone! I am wondering how to create a new PCR form for my agency. I am having some issues with actually creating it, in terms what software to use. Does anyone have any experience with this? I am looking to make something similar to the formats of what is pictured.

Are you asking about ePCR software, or software to help you design a document?

I just click the "Create PCR" link on my tablet. Works great!

Save yourself an endless amount of aggravation and just pay one of the companies that have already stormed this beach. ESO, image trend, rescuenet etc. The time and effort its going to take you to create a NEMSIS/NFIRS/HIPAA compliant reporting system is mind blowing, and thats on top of the coding just to make it functional from scratch.

tell your chief to break out the checkbook.
