Help with a Med career!

Hey I really want to become a paramedic but i don't know where to go after High School? Any help?

Perhaps tell us a little more about why you want to become a paramedic. Give us a little bit of info about your background, or at least what lead you to choose paramedic as a "med career".

I do applaud you for being driven at such a young age; that's always a good thing, but without really knowing where you're coming from how can we help you get to where you need to go?

Join a local volly, get some ride experience, get your EMT. Consider taking a class or two a semester at a local community college, even just working towards an associates in some kind of science. When you feel ready for your medic, take a break from all other schooling and do it. Get a job, have some fun. Consider continuing your education. It will help as a medic, and if you decide to change careers at some point.

But like @VentMonkey said, all depends on your goals and background and such.
