AccidentsOn July 22, 2010, two Eagle Med crew members were killed in a helicopter crash near Kingfisher, OK. A third crew member survived the initial crash. This site has been blacked out as a tribute to our fallen colleagues.

A condolence book will be opened when the names have been publicly released.

everyone, please take a moment to remember everyone that has fallen in the field. and remember that everyday that we put our uniform on and go to work, it could be our last. With the weather heating up, people are doing more crazy things. So please be safe out there, were all brothers and sisters in this huge family. When someone falls everyone feels it, but we all just have to keep doing our job, its the best way to remember them.

To everyone that has fallen, you will not be forgotten, you live within all of us
