This is probably a DT4EMS question, but if anyone else wants to chime in, go for it.

Exercises. We probably all need them. Think of what muscles you're using when lifting a gurney in & out of a rig. Lower back, abdominals, thighs. You ARE lifing with your legs, right?

Now, how many of us actually exercise those muscle groups on a regular basis?

I was thinking that it would be pretty cool to see some sort of exercise program for EMS personnel. Such information might be useful to some of us, and preventing back injuries will benefit all of us.

ok ok, you got me. I'm slovenly and out of shape and really SORE after my last trip to the gym. Help us, Kip/Chuck Norris/Obi-Wan Kenobi! You're our only hope! :p
