Hello All!

I just found out that i passed my NREMT! That was a stress reliever. I have some many questions that i want to ask and i'm hoping that y'all can help me out!
1. After passing NREMT, what do i do next?
2. I live in San Gabriel Valley area, what company that is around here?
3. I personally want to run 911 calls, but i'm also going to school right now so probably Part-time only, is it possible to get a job as a part-timer in 911 calls?
4. Is it a BIG advantage if i know a second language for interviewing?

That is for now...Thank you for guiding me to the right track! :)

Hey! Next get your state license. Google CA EMSA and find your local licensing authority. You'll also need a DMV Ambulance Drivers Certificate w/ accompanying medical dl-51.

1. Get your state license and search for a job.
2. Use google.
3. It is possible, but unlikely for an EMT with no experience to get a part time job with a 911 service. That being said, my first EMS job was on an ALS unit, but I had been a firefighter/ first responder prior.
4. Not really. It might be helpful in the field, but it won't be a big influence when searching for a job.
