This is obviously a team of highly qualified and experienced providers, but it's worth pointing out the inefficiencies of their actions. Very little communication was required between providers-- each knew what had to be done, the most efficient way of doing it, and what their priorities really were. I've been working in and around (and learning from) several medflight paramedics and nurses recently, and continue to be amazed. The pit crew approach to cardiac arrest management really does work, and even with two providers.
