Anyone know about the EMS system in Dekalb County, GA (ATL)? Their trucks seem to all have a 4 door cab and very long and large boxes. Also wanted to know how they run in terms of staffing.

I doubt they typically staff with anything other than EMT/Medic or Medic/Medic. They probably just use that extra crew cab for special cases.

That's their normal everyday ambulance. Overkill for being in Atlanta but hey, it's not my tax dollars(as I live in another county )

Not sure how they are with staffing in the least bit.
