Best County EMS service

Hey guys, I finish medic school in just over a month. I am interested in moving and I’m want to hear about different services. I currently work in a rural county in Alabama and I love it so I’d like to stay in a county position but would consider city as well. Interested in somewhere like Tennessee, North Carolina, or north Georgia. I really want to be near mountains and not wanting to go too far from Alabama. Any suggestions?

I can't speak for the others, but in North Carolina, EMS is a county managed responsibility. Several have been discussed previously, so to save myself a lot of typing.....
