Because you treat what you hear and what you see. You don't throw out a "Bravo Sierra" diagnosis and expect to not treat the poor b@st@rds.

Maybe I missed it, but did anyone in this thread say otherwise? Even if you take the OP's statement at face value, that most asthma attacks are BS, I don't think he says don't even bother to do a basic assessment before you make the determination that it is, indeed, BS
