My first real tip is to communicate and express. Highly undervalued by a lot of today's youth with their lack of understanding of how it will hinder them in the future.
I have several employees 25 and under and I am coaching and mentoring them constantly on their word use, expressions and communications both verbally and writing. It does make a difference.
